As a Spanish organisation King’s College, The British School of Alicante (King’s College Alicante) follows the GDPR regulation system. Camera purpose
The app requires access to your camera to capture photos and videos. The primary purpose of this media is to highlight and promote student success outside of school within our school community, such as achievements in sports, art, and other activities. Additionally, the camera can be used to scan QR codes throughout the school for easier navigation. All photos and videos will be reviewed by the school before being published on the app. We do not share your images or videos with third parties unless it is essential for the core functionality of the app or explicitly stated.
How is the data stored?
The data is stored by Goodbarber, our App provider, addressed at: CampusPlex, 12 Rue Général Fiorella, 20000 Ajaccio, France, Europe.

Our school will keep your personal data for the time you are a parent or teacher at the school. Once this time period has expired, we store the data as historic.
